KickThemBot is built and run by its founder, Šimon Robin Mach, a sole trader registered in Czechia under IČO 06316760. Registered seat: Nová cesta 761, 252 29 Dobřichovice, Czech Republic. Not registered for VAT. Prices carry no VAT.
What it does
KickThemBot is a Telegram membership management service for admins of paid private groups and channels. It connects payment handoff or access codes to member records, Telegram identity, renewal reminders, and expiry-based removal. Admins can start with a controlled private-space test before inviting paying members.
- Members pay into the admin's own Stripe account or crypto wallet. KickThemBot never holds their money and takes no percentage of sales.
- New Bouncers use request to join: each chat has one link that asks instead of admits, and the bot approves only members whose plan includes that chat.
- The bot reminds members before fixed-term access ends and removes them after it ends, from chats where it has invite and ban rights.
- Plans cost $0 to $49 a month and are priced by active members, never by revenue.

- Not a marketplace for finding buyers
