Product privacy

KickThemBot Product Privacy and Analytics

KickThemBot records limited account-linked product-usage events for bot starts, dashboard opens, setup and checkout funnel stages, and operational outcomes. Internal user and project references connect those events to the relevant account while they are retained. These signals help identify where workflows succeed, fail, or need improvement.

Improve the product from combined workflow signals.

Product analytics is reviewed as combined counts and funnel outcomes so the product team can improve setup, checkout, access, and reliability without turning product reports into member directories.

Limited stages and outcomes, not conversations.
