How the pricing works
- No percentage
- KickThemBot charges only its plan price. Card payments go to your own connected Stripe account, where Stripe's own processing fees apply, and USDT goes straight to your own wallet.
- No revenue caps
- Your plan depends on how many active members, channels, Bouncers and access codes you use, never on your revenue. Charge members more and your plan stays the same.
- Yearly saves two months
- Pay yearly and get two months free: $90, $190 or $490 a year.
- Change or cancel anytime
- Every plan or billing change is prorated, and the bot shows both prices before you tap Confirm change. Moving between monthly and yearly starts a new period and is charged at once, minus a credit for unused time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- At a limit
- New members wait until you upgrade. Members you already have keep their access.
- Refunds and VAT
- Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge. Not registered for VAT. Prices carry no VAT.

No. KickThemBot charges only its flat plan price, from $0 to $49 a month or $90 to $490 a year. Card payments go to your own connected Stripe account, where Stripe's own processing fees apply, and USDT goes straight to your own wallet. KickThemBot never holds your members' money.
What is a Bouncer?
A Bouncer is KickThemBot's name for one paid community: the plans members can buy, the private groups and channels those plans open, and the members who hold access. Fresh and the Bouncer plan include one Bouncer, Boss three and Empire unlimited, so one account can run several separate communities.
What happens when I reach my plan's member limit?
New members wait until you upgrade, and everyone already inside keeps access. KickThemBot counts active members, Bouncers, channels and access codes, never revenue, so a bigger sales month does not move you to a pricier plan. If you already pay, the bot shows your current and new price before you tap Confirm change.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. KickThemBot's Fresh plan is free for 5 active members, one Bouncer, one channel or group and one plan, with no card needed. Use it to run the whole cycle with a test member, who joins, gets a reminder, reaches the end date and is removed, before real members pay.
